Training Tips

Ive been working hard to create an exercise database for all my physical clients who have moved to online and for new online clients. Ive created  a database of 105 exercises so far and thats just the basics. 3.5 hours of going directly from exercise to exercise with zero breaks. Only 4 redos! Sore already! I have alot more to record. Those who have a home gym setup with weights, bands, or body weights, etc. We will continue to build on getting strong! There are plenty of home workouts that trainers are posting all over that have no real purpose, which is still fine....because as long as youre moving its WAY better than being sedentary and driving yourself crazy inside the house. However, as a strength coach, people see me because they want to be strong and build muscles; I like to adhere to certain principles not randomness. Randomness is all over the internet right now...so you can easily find that. I just cant have junk volume workouts that have no purpose. Im not driven that way and Im always doing things because its for the long haul. You see me because you want structure, you want to be strong, and you want to build muscles that reflect your strength, but youre just not sure how to do it on your own. .
