2.) Building a lifestyle that will set you up for your goals and long term health and mind.
3.) Learn better coping mechanisms for stress, boredom and your emotions….. other than food and alcohol.

Thats it!

Fat loss is HARD, but becomes easier when those three things above are applied. The fat loss piece will come with time while enjoying the process of discovering what your body can do! 💪🏼💪🏼

“Toned” = building muscle mass. “Toning” i “Toned” = building muscle mass. “Toning” is just a salesy marketing term designed to appeal to women, but muscles cannot be "toned," they can only grow or shrink.

To build muscle mass (and get stronger) you need to TRAIN them to get stronger over the course of TIME. As your form improves and as you connect to the muscles better this creates even more stimulus. Creating stress and a stimulus to the muscles causes growth. (Of course with the right volume dosage which is different for everyone)

So you can exercise and do random HIIT, bootcamp, Crossfit workouts, etc if you enjoy it….but if all you care about is getting stronger and building out a physique then you need to SPECIFICALLY TRAIN TO LIFT WEIGHTS FOR YEARS.

So you minus well enjoy the process.

You can do your burpees, kipping pull-ups, jump squats, bicep curls on bosu ball, and etc in between if you want….but if your goals are catered to pure strength and physique you are wasting your energy on junk volume/exercises. Use that energy to put in the IRON.

The perfect diet or the perfect program doesn’t The perfect diet or the perfect program doesn’t exist. Nothing works in life unless YOU-DO-THE-WORK……CONSISTENTLY. Again, there are no quick fixes that leave long lasting changes. I say this over and over. Results happen from doing the same damn thing repeatedly, with intention and purpose over a period of TIME. 

You EARN IT. Though work, effort, and time. Thats the “secret formula”. Magic, right?

The majority are horrible at being consistent and/or so quick to hop on the next new trend that promises “x,y,z” result in a shorter amount of time.

This is  the way marketing and business works. Sell xyz solution in a shorter time frame to influence buying behavior. Will the promise work? Maybe/Maybe not. Will you return to square one after? Most likely.

Short term gains aren’t long term gains. I’m more impressed if you can do something for years versus months. 

That’s the difference between MOTIVATION and DISCIPLINE.

Been working really hard on building out my weak p Been working really hard on building out my weak parts these last 7 months: such as my outer quad sweep and calves. If you want to build out a frame….that comes from strength training—not endless amounts of cardio, HIIT classes, randomly programmed group classes, etc. You need to lift weights and BUILD it with rock solid form…while of course pushing yourself….CONSISTENTLY….for YEARS. Lifting weights will need to be your number one priority if thats your goal. 

Secondly, to reveal all that you built that comes from nutrition. If you dont have a healthy mindset with food then its the absolutely LAST thing you should even consider. Fix your relationship with food first while getting strong as fuck…FIRST. MOST of time youll notice your body changing just by focusing on the iron.

OWN.YOUR.SHIT. Use your time accordingly. It’s t OWN.YOUR.SHIT. Use your time accordingly. It’s time to get real about your priorities. It’s never a question of how busy you are. It’s a question of how important something is to you. The accurate expression is “I chose to prioritize other things.” This simple change of expression creates one very powerful aspect — ACCOUNT-a-fucking-bility. 

Replace the phrase, “I don’t have time” with “It’s not a priority.” 

Instead of saying, “I don’t exercise because I don’t have time,” try saying, “I don’t exercise because it’s not a priority.” 

So, “I eat fast food because I don’t have time to cook nutritious meals,” becomes, “I eat fast food because cooking nutritious meals isn’t a priority.” kinda changes things doesn’t it? 

Realizing that you have the same amount of time as everyone else but that you make the CHOICE as to how to prioritize this time instantly changes your mindset from an excuse to an opportunity. You become accountable as to how you utilize your time.

Whisky is an extremely important part of my life and its my responsibility to make sure I set her up for success in life. Ensuring her needs are met. There are NO quick fixes that exist that will be s There are NO quick fixes that exist that will be sustainable enough for long term health and adherence. This is true with EVERYTHING in life. You need to DO THE WORK for YEARS. Consistently! While an extremely high amount of online coach/in person coach markets 90 day/12 week programs what exactly are you going to do after that? Go back to your regular ol’ routine to what you were doing before that program….take time off…..then find another 12 week/90 day program from another coach/app etc? 

They promise you results or your money back. Will you get them? Yes, what did they do? Probably starve you. This is exactly why I dont care about before and after transformation photos as they dont tell the entire story. These are easily marketable and sellable.It lures you in. IT doesn’t teach you how to SUSTAIN results and coach you through life stressors that affect the plan. You will not always follow the plan exactly and plans dont exactly leave room for that. 

So the best 12 week program is the one immediately after that one over and over for many years to come.

You do YOU. Im all about implementing action to yo You do YOU. Im all about implementing action to your goals asap—small baby steps go a long way.  I always preach long term and sustainability. However, sometimes life is a shitstorm and sometimes it might make sense to wait for some. There is no wrong or right way as long as you get there YOUR WAY.

In the months of November and December you have the holidays. Which can be stressful in terms of finances, family situation, events, your mental health surrounding it all, etc. Especially wrapping up the year to set up the new year work wise is exhausting. Businesses set quarterly and yearly goals all the time. So whats the big deal of starting your goals in the new year if that means youll be able to focus better on it making it more of a priority.

Fuck everyone else and do what makes sense for you.

Relaxing rest of 2021 while closing the year makin Relaxing rest of 2021 while closing the year making $400,000k from 1v1 in person coaching with still a waitlist of clients. Nobody believed a strength coach could even break 6 figures. 

The only thing that mattered is that I believed in MYSELF and found MY OWN way of doing things. Not listening to anyone else, because none of it was supportive, empowering or aligned to my values. If I listened to any ONE of it, I wouldnt be where I am today. 

I’ve been coaching for over 10 years and I’ve started from ground  to find my way. I was broke living pay check to pay check and I was used to that growing up poor. Not sure how I was going to make it, but I simply was just following what  gave me meaning—“my calling”. I had no idea how to make money from it in the very  beginnings, but it didn’t matter—I was doing what I loved. I chased passion and has always been about passion.I knew if I kept learning, gaining more skills and kept honing eventually it would fall into place in whatever time it was supposed to. Time was always irrelevant. Enjoying the journey was more important. Flowing. Everything always worked out. Living with an abundance mindset vs scarcity. 

No magic way to run a business here. Just 10+ consistent years of consistently loving, learning and gaining more skillsets. Being honest. Most importantly, I just needed to be myself and express that through my business model aka alignment. That salary was a 45-50 hour work week. No team. Just me. The truth is there is no ONE way of how to operate a business. Figure out what aligns best for you/value. Enjoy the process. There shouldnt be a timeline, much like your fitness goals.
