Dont make things complicated. Diet marketing 101 is to remain relevant and putting fancy names on it. Rename it and spin it/twist it over the course of years, that too. I mean, how else they gonna make money if you figured out their “secret”?
Let me tell you something…
It comes down to HOW MANY calories you eat. To lose weight, you must take in fewer calories than your body uses.
If it is easier for you to take in fewer calories by spreading your meals throughout the day and eating small, low calorie meals, DO THAT.
If it is easier to just eat one big high calorie meal, DO THAT.
One meal, two meals, six meals…however many meals it comes down to ONE THING: how many calories you put in your mouth. That determines if you lose weight or gain weight.
Magic, huh? People STILL dont want to be accountable to themselves about it though. Oh well. 🤷🏻♀️
