Look, sometimes there are things legitimately out of your control. It happens.

The MAJORITY of the time not working out because you’re tired ( a common reason) Is just bullshit. Do you just not show up to work because you’re tired? NO. Maybe you don’t even like your work but you sure do like the money you earn from it. So you show up anyway. Maybe you don’t like working out on some days and not necessarily at all but you do it because how it makes you feel after. You reap benefits for long term wellbeing. You’re investing in your long term health.

Speaking of work….
 Setting work boundaries is IMPORTANT and blocking out time for your own self care. You can’t enjoy all the monies you get from work if you don’t have the health to support living the lifestyle to spend it. It’s a matter of time before you burn out—months to years. Most western society does a horrible job at setting them. If you dont set them, work will run ALL of your life then the chain reaction begins with your health etc.

Upper body feeling achy? You still got your lower body to train! There is always a way to work around things unless you’re just plain  deathly ill.  If thats the case skip the damn workout and rest!
