….cuz they avoided an ENTIRE macro group (carbohydrates) to create the deficit. You dont need to avoid a entire macro group to create the deficit. Second, they were never in deficit CONSISTENTLY like they thought they were. So when it got hard they searched via the internet or friends for another solution…which was another diet.
Avid keto-ers are so glued to the idea of it…which is fine….but tell me why on special occasions you go for the pizza, ice cream, burgers (with the bread), cake and etc. But hey, more power to you if you actually love it and dont care about things like that.

Stop searching for “quick solutions” and easier ways. Either you stick with the lifestyle you have thats causing you to be the same or change it. Be more accountable and realistic. Or maybe its just not the time to change your eating habits and instead focus on enjoying your workouts and how good it makes you feel.
