Ladies you wanna big ol booty?

Those bands you see your favorite fit influencer using just isn’t going to cut it. Nor will those 5/10lb weight set either. You need to add more weight!

Now I know some people around various parts of the world are still on lockdown or perhaps waiting for weight sets to be delivered while their gym opens back up….so yes do what you can as a temporary solution. Otherwise you would have far outgrown that resistance and you need to push yourself more to do more weight.

You need to treat it like you would any other muscle. You build it with weights and get stronger in various rep ranges over time.

Yes, you still need to eat accordingly to build muscles so you cannot be in a forever deficit for this to happen if you already have low body fat levels to begin with. Yes you still need to learn form, how to properly recruit muscles, exercise selection, proper set up, enough workout frequency but not to the point its over done…..and…..PATIENCE…etc etc.
