Look, lets admit fat loss is not easy.
Otherwise, you wouldn’t be here reading this and making the same attempts as you done to lose fat previously. Yet you keep bouncing back and forth looking for new(er) methods as if there is some sort of magic pill or “secret” to do it.
Tracking isn’t bad and in fact is very educational. If you had such a bad experience with it, well your mindset probably wasn’t right to begin with to be ready for it. If you had a coach, perhaps the coach didn’t prepare your mindset for it. Again, if its bad then I guess checking to see how much money youre spending a day might be bad if you wanna save money to buy a house? 🤷🏻♀️
Either way, taking personal ownership is important. You might not like “my language”, but I will always speak the truth and not sugar coat things. You’re here because you’re sick of the bullshit. You might not like the truth. If you dont, then you arent ready to truly change.
