I don’t care if you’re training for strength, aesthetics, general health or whatever. Gobble them up! You need the nutrients and fiber from them. Especially if you want to be shitting logs instead of pellets! Understanding macronutrients is one thing and understanding micronutrients is another. Besides, if you’re aiming for fat loss it’s going to help you stay even more satiated from the heavier volume of foods you’re eating!
