How to Keep Tension from Start to Finish

Resistance Band Tip: Keeping tension throughout the entire movement.

I see a lot of people do the resistance band exercises without having tension from the start to the finish. Which won’t be as optimal creating the stimulus we want and  it would make the exercise less effective. Make sure the slack is out from the start of the movement. We WANT tension from the beginning. If it is, and you find it too difficult from the very beginning that that just simply means you need to go in a lighter resistance band.
