Ive been coaching people how to lift for a long time now, especially women. Women just don’t push themselves enough in the weight room and Ive always said the exact list in the image. 9/10 times women tell me its heavy… then I push them more and there they go squeezing out another 5 reps! Clearly it wasnt as heavy as they originally thought.
