The health and fitness industry is the most manipulating and confusing than any other industry. There are so many mixed messages and gimmicky programs out there. I'll teach you how to analyze and make healthy choices, because your health is going to be/should be the most important thing until you die. We'll go over proper muscle and movement mechanics so that you can be super human in any physical aspect of life. Hopefully, some day you can use that knowledge to impact someone else's life. We will set positive and realistic goals to maximize your human potential.
In each session, we always have a weight lifting component which can take a commitment to learn properly. If you’re looking for a quick fix, like 30 day challenges, 6 week transformations, workouts to the point of you puking, or mindless kitchen sink/junk volume style/trendy kind of workouts, I may not be the right coach for you. Each session I coach is mindful, methodical, productive, super fun, creative, and efficient use of time. You will be built up for longevity in mind with proper education so that you can eventually be self-sufficient and learn to be a more analytical human throughout your training, nutrition, body composition change and overall health.

Cindy Lee is a boss personal trainer. Cindy doesn't just coach, she teaches. For me personally, as a woman it's a bit intimidating in the weight section of the gym.
