It’s all about the mindset when it comes to losing fat.

You need to be in a calorie deficit in order to lose fat, but to succeed and be sustainable for long term….it goes much deeper than that. Shifting your mindset about how to lose weight is the BIGGEST factor in losing weight. People get entirely too obsessed with losing weight and quick fixes to the point they lose sight of sustainability and even health for the long term. 

The way many of us think about weight loss is totally counterproductive. A few common things:

Crash Diets
All or Nothing mentality 
Over doing cardio
Self Sabotage 
Binge-Restrict Cycles
Etc.
