YOU DONT NEED MORE INFORMATION. YOU NEED IMPLEMENTATION. 

OK sure, maybe you need more of the right information. Yet still there is plenty of it for free  all over the internet these days. 

You already know the reason you probably aren’t losing weight is likely because youre eating like shit. 

You already know you need to work on your fitness to help achieve your goals and over all well being. 

You already know you should probably get more sleep. 

You already know you need to be consistent to see long lasting results.

YOU ALREADY KNOW DIS!

But the challenge is finding the right strategy for you thats going to help you stay consistent with your goals that is sustainable. When I say right strategy I mean a very smart strategy. Implementation= action planning with INTENT. This is where people get into an endless cycle with their training and nutrition because the strategies they chose to get there didn’t work for them. 

And you know, sometimes its even several layers deeper than that fucks with your head—the emotional and mental side of it. I mean, we’re not robots afterall...

You don’t need to know about the geeky things like periodization, auto regulation, protein absorption rates, or any other advance training or or nutrition stuff! Will it help…sure…but if you can’t nail the basics, none of the that stuff fucking matters. I preach all the time about foundations in both nutrition and strength training. So just stick with THAT and MASTER IT. No need to overcomplicate things. 

That is truly what coaching is about—not being an information pusher, but coaching you to get the result and understand/transform yourself to a higher performing/thinking human being. Either you can do it yourself and if you cant...hire a coach. If you want me to be that coach then you know where to find me. No bullshit stuff.
