The thing about home workouts in general is that its going to be severely limited by what you can do with your back. You can do leg workouts all day… its practically limitless with leg exercises and ab work of course. For back work, if you dont even have a pull up yet or even have a pull up bar….or your training it for the first time…it takes a long time to get a pull up if youre just starting. Even if you are actively working on it will still need to get reps in volume in to develop your back. A strong back is everything and even helps with posture. It can be even more challenging doing back work in the vertical plane. There is always A WAY though. It just takes some creativity. The best way to get back work in at home with minimal equipment? You guessed it! .
